About PackPro
PackPro has maintained continuous manufacturing operations since 2006, originally under the name Shenzhen Hongcai Paper Packaging. In 2024, to support our continued growth and expansion, we relocated to Dongguan and moved into a new facility — while retaining the same production team, equipment and client relationships.
Our factory now operates from a 12,800 m² facility in Fenggang, Dongguan, with a team of 50+ production staff across cutting, printing, assembly and quality control, and a daily output capacity of over 50,000 units.
What Sets Our Process Apart
Structural & Collapsible Engineering
Our team designs and prototypes collapsible rigid, magnetic and lid-and-base structures in-house, so every quote starts from a tested structure — not a guess.
Hands-On Quality Control
Incoming material inspection, in-process checks and final inspection are documented under our ISO 9001 system, with an inspection report issued before every shipment leaves the factory.
What We Actually Do Well
We are not the largest factory in Dongguan, and we don’t try to be. We focus on one thing: rigid box structures that survive real supply chains.
Most rigid gift boxes ship fully assembled, which means you are paying freight and warehouse rent for air. Our collapsible rigid boxes ship flat and assemble in seconds, keeping the premium feel of a traditional rigid box while cutting cartons, container volume and storage space.
For brands running seasonal campaigns, advent calendars or high-SKU product lines, that difference compounds across every shipment.

Our History
Manufacturing begins in Shenzhen under the name Shenzhen Hongcai Paper Packaging, producing rigid and folding-carton packaging for early export clients.
Relocation to a new 12,800 m² facility in Fenggang, Dongguan, to support continued growth — retaining the same production team, equipment and client relationships, operating under the PackPro export brand.
Vietnam Hongcai Technology Co., Ltd — our group also operates a manufacturing facility in Vietnam, located at Block CC10, Integrated Industrial Planning of Iwsan-On Lui City, Anyong Ward, North Ninh Province, Vietnam.
50+ production staff, 50,000+ units of daily capacity, serving beauty, food, jewelry, electronics and e-commerce brands across international markets.
