The earring box is produced on 1,200–1,800 gsm rigid chipboard in paper wrap, leatherette, or velvet exterior finishes. The interior dual-cushion system uses high-density polyurethane foam wrapped in velvet, satin, or microfibre fabric. For stud earrings, the cushion features precision die-cut slots that grip the earring post securely. For drop or dangle earrings, the slots are cut at a downward angle to allow the drop element to hang naturally, replicating the in-ear appearance for maximum display impact.

Printing Methods

Paper-wrapped exteriors accept full-colour CMYK offset lithographic printing with Pantone spot colour matching. Leatherette and velvet exteriors use hot foil stamping in gold, silver, or rose gold for brand logo and text application. Screen printing applies solid-colour brand elements to fabric surfaces. Debossing on leatherette creates a luxury tactile brand impression without metallic colour for a subtle, understated premium aesthetic.
