Materials Available

The bracelet box is constructed from 1,400–2,000 gsm rigid chipboard in paper wrap, PU leatherette, velvet fabric, or linen-texture finishes. The curved foam cradle uses medium-density polyurethane foam machined to a precise arc radius matching the specified bangle diameter, then wrapped in velvet, satin, or microfibre fabric. Interior base panels are flocked or fabric-lined in the customer’s chosen colour. Hinged lid construction provides firm lid resistance for transit security, while a snap or magnetic closure adds additional retail-security and gifting polish.

Printing Methods

Paper-wrapped exteriors use CMYK offset lithographic printing for full brand artwork reproduction. Pantone spot colour matching ensures consistency across production runs. Hot foil stamping in gold, silver, rose gold, or copper applies metallic brand elements to any exterior surface. Leatherette and velvet exteriors use debossing, embossing, or foil stamping exclusively. For paper exteriors, matte or gloss lamination is applied before any foil or spot UV finishing.
