Materials Available

Kraft tube bodies are wound from 300gsm–500gsm natural brown kraft paperboard with FSC Chain of Custody certification. Wall thickness ranges from 1.5mm to 4mm depending on structural requirements. Lids can be kraft-wrapped chipboard for an all-natural look, or rigid coated board for a color contrast effect. All kraft materials are free from chlorine bleaching and fully recyclable or compostable at end of life.

Printing Methods

Kraft tubes are printed using soy-based offset inks for full CMYK artwork, or water-based flexographic inks for 1–3 color simple designs. The natural kraft base creates a warm undertone in printed colors — artwork should account for this when specifying particularly bright or cool-toned brand colors. White ink underlay is available to achieve clean, bright print results on the natural substrate. Digital printing supports short runs and variable artwork for limited editions.
