Materials Available

Printed cylinder boxes are constructed from 1.5mm–3mm grey chipboard wrapped with a 128gsm–170gsm coated art paper exterior. The coated paper accepts CMYK offset printing with exceptional color gamut and resolution. For structural tubes requiring thicker walls, a kraft chipboard core with a premium coated wrap is used. The lid is formed to a friction-fit tolerance of ±0.5mm for a satisfying, precise close every time.

Printing Methods

The wrap paper is printed flat via offset lithography before lamination to the tube body, enabling full CMYK with up to 2 Pantone spot colors for brand accuracy. The seam placement is engineered to fall at the least visible point in the design — typically in a dark-colored or patterned area. Digital printing allows variable artwork, serialized numbering, or QR codes that change per unit — ideal for authentication packaging or collectible series.
