What is the minimum order quantity for UAE orders?

Our standard MOQ is 500 pieces per design for folding carton and standard printed boxes. For complex rigid boxes with multiple finishing techniques (foil + embossing + soft-touch), MOQ is typically 1,000 pieces. We can discuss smaller quantities for sample or trial runs ahead of a larger order.

Can you print Arabic text on the packaging?

Yes — Arabic printing is available on all product types, with accurate right-to-left layout. We can work from your supplied Arabic design files (AI, PDF with fonts outlined) or typeset Arabic copy from a text brief. Bilingual English/Arabic packaging is one of our most common requests from UAE and GCC clients.

How early should I order Ramadan or Eid packaging?

We recommend placing Ramadan and Eid orders 10–14 weeks before your required delivery date. This allows 12–18 days for production after sample approval, plus 20–25 days for sea freight to UAE. Ordering early also gives time to revise samples if needed. Contact us in October–November for the following year's Ramadan season.

Do I receive samples before the full order goes into production?

Yes. We produce a physical pre-production sample (typically within 3–5 business days) for your approval before we start the full run. Sample shipping to UAE is via DHL express. Sample costs are credited back against your first full production order.

What payment terms do you offer?

Standard payment terms are 30% deposit on order confirmation and 70% balance before shipment. We accept T/T (SWIFT bank transfer) and PayPal for sample invoices. For established clients with repeat orders, we can discuss adjusted terms. All prices are quoted in USD.

Can you supply packaging for products sold on Noon or Amazon UAE?

Yes. We regularly produce packaging for e-commerce brands selling on Noon, Amazon.ae, and Namshi.
